Healing the Hurt

If you can find it in yourself to thank your oppositions, you have done half the work required for healing your life. Trust that there are reasons for these lessons, and you will begin to awaken the strength inside you never knew you had. In these times of refinement, do your best to squeeze out the best of who you are. It is in our challenges, that show us what we are made of and who we want to become. The deeper you dig, the more you will rediscover your radiant spirit with far greater a magnitude of capabilities. It's a challenge to remain focused and be grateful for our growing pains. As we are continuously tested, the multitude of lessons as we keep progressing, far out weigh emotional, physical, and spiritual stagnancy. By transforming your pain into compassionate service to others, you can create healing in yourself and others thus having a restorative experience that makes your own heart grow stronger. In essence, using the hurt to help you heal.

  1. Man, I had that just happen to me tonight. I learned something through it though, and that is never respond with a excuse to an apology. I knew I owed my mistake, and by doing that, I was able to forgive myself for doing so. Thanks, for the inspiring message.! xoxox

  2. I've learned I don't learn unless I'm a little uncomfortable...it helps me evaluate why I'm struggling and I always arise better and different - in a good way.
