Run Into It

We can assume brave people are fearless, but in reality they are simply more comfortable working through fear. The more we practice this on a regular basis, the more our feelings shift into excitement when facing our challenges. It's okay to feel afraid or nervous, as long we are not allowing it to limit ourselves or hold ourselves back from what it is we want to achieve. The more we support ourselves in moving forward, the more we gain TRUST that we are capable. We are then more likely to run into it, facing the challenge, than run from it. These challenging opportunities have shown themselves for a reason, so we have a choice to take it on. Shifting our thinking from resistance, to being completely open can be done simply by reassuring ourselves through positive thoughts and hearing ourselves say it aloud. When we hear our words, "I am really looking forward to running this marathon!" or "I am really excited to do something I have never done before!" ...there is an energy shift that releases all fear into empowerment. We are then able to move forward, learn, and grow from some of the most difficult challenges we may face. We might even surprise ourselves.

  1. I love it! It also helps to hear yourself say "It is okay to be scared"....For me that helped. I was able to move pass something that happened to me in my life.
