What do we fear the most? Usually the answer to that is losing our family or what we have. Having some fear is healthy and instinctual for protecting ourselves, our family, or possessions by working to keep them close. We cross the healthy line when we dwell on something that is ultimately out of our control. Our lives are simply a reflection of what begins as a thought in our mind. What we focus on, is what we manifest. Holding ourselves back in fear, inhibits us from the universal energy flow of abundance, and creates stagnation. The key to abundance is really about controlling our thoughts and focusing our attention on a positive perspective.Fear is: "False Evidence Appearing Real". Fears of being separated from something or someone we only think we need for our own security or happiness, is really a lack of looking at the big picture, or lack of understanding. When we realize that what we have is simply what we believe ourselves to be worthy of to receive, part of the energy work in our lives, then we can simply take action to shift our own thinking into more of a working and proper place. We can then let go of our fears about money, possessions, or success because we understand how we manifest it, know we can easily create more, and that it's not the source of true joy. When we have a deeper understanding of what love is, we have no need to hold anyone too close out of fear or desperation of loosing them, because knowing that love does not depreciate when given but rather multiplies beyond our comprehension. As we choose to focus our mind and spirit on love, peace, and joy, the fear will diminish with the inner knowing that all these energies are available to us to call upon at all times. When we place ourselves confidently in the energetic flow of abundance, we have the power to change anything.
Health fear, knowing the facts or sensing something that may cause harm. Is something to react to. The fear "Fear is: "False Evidence Appearing Real"" just causes aliments and issues.
