Beyond What We Can See

It is so often that people deny or joke about the existence of Spirit Guides, Angels, and other unseen givers in our lives. However, anyone who has encountered them have a testimony of the truth that they do exist, just as our breath exists. We know that the wind exists too, and we know this because we feel it and hear it moving the leaves on the trees, even though we can't see it. All around us and within us are things we can’t see, and yet we know they are just as real as we are. Scriptures are filled with passages about God and "the ministering of angels", but yet people still mock the existence of both because they cannot SEE the invisible.

What we see and don’t see may just be a matter of perspective; an inability to see the bigger picture perhaps. Like the movie, "Horton hears a who", Who-ville could not see the speck in which they lived on, they could not even see Horton, although he was there protecting them. The mayor of Who-ville could only hear Horton, depending on where he focused his attention. Still, seen or not seen by the person (or elephant), they exist. Some people are more gifted at connecting to which we cannot see or hear, but given a open mind & willing heart, anyone can tune into the spiritual realm and begin to connect in deeply spiritual ways. Simply by asking is a great start.

If you have lost touch with the other side, whether that be with God or His Angels, all we have to do is open our hearts to the existence, and they will make the truth be known. By closing our eyes in meditation, prayer, or engaging through spirit writing (ah-um), are a few ways to invite these guides into our lives. Whatever we choose, creating a connection with that which we can’t see is a marvelous gift that can assist us in our lives beyond what we can see.
